Disney gift card vs Disney+ gift card — are these actually different?

Trying to buy a Disney gift card for park merch and my sister asked if it also works for Disney+. Are they the same card or totally separate products?

Separate products — a Disney gift card covers parks, resorts and shopDisney, while Disney+ needs its own digital gift subscription code.
