Nintendo gift card balance not showing up on Switch after redeeming, help

Redeemed a Nintendo gift card code and the eShop balance still shows $0 after a restart. Anyone hit this and fix it?

Try fully signing out of your Nintendo Account on the Switch and back in, that clears the cached balance for most people.
