Bunnings gift card balance check keeps timing out, anyone else in AU?

Trying to check a Bunnings gift card balance before a big reno purchase and the site keeps erroring out. Is there a phone number that actually works?

Call the store directly instead of the website, in-store staff can look up the balance on the register in seconds.
